Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 💌


When submitting a return, please include your full name and order number to ensure a smooth and efficient process.



Exchange Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange an item.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returned in its original packaging.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Log into your Shopify account and select “Return”.
  2. Follow the prompted steps to submit your request.
  3. Once submitted, please message us via our store chat/contact page with the item you would like to exchange for (including product name, colour, and size, where applicable).

If you do not wish to select a replacement item immediately, we can issue you with a store credit to use toward a future purchase (valid for 3 months).

Processing Your Exchange

Once we’ve received your parcel, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your exchange has been completed.

Important: Miscellaneous is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending items back to us.
