1. Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and checkout securely via PayFast, Ozow, or EFT.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit/credit cards, PayFast, Ozow, and EFT. 

Q: Can I pay cash on delivery?
A: Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons we only accept secure online payments.

 


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Nationwide delivery is R85. 

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 2–4 working days in main areas, 4–7 working days for outlying areas. We’ll send you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you deliver outside South Africa?
A: Not yet — we currently only deliver within SA.

 


3. Exchanges & Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days (clothing/shoes must be unworn). Customers are responsible for return courier unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

Q: Do you stock plus-size?
A: Absolutely! Our fashion is designed to celebrate all body shapes and sizes.

Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes — we source directly from trusted suppliers and ensure all items are quality-checked.

Q: Do your handbags/shoes/dresses come with a warranty?
A: Fashion items don’t come with a warranty, but if you receive a faulty product we’ll replace it or refund you.
